In the event of complaints, both written and orally, travelers may send inspectors to the complaints department, who will handle the case immediately. They should inform travelers about the outcome of their complaints over a period of time. Complaints will be answered in writing within a period of 30 days. If the result is not satisfactory, travelers can use within 15 days after receiving the response. In towns and cities, IDD service is available at all hotels and post offices. Phone cards can be purchased at post offices, hotels or on the street. There is lots of Flight to Beijing. Most cities also kiosks selling telephone cards, perhaps it is most convenient. Also find telephone booths in the streets, mostly for local calls.
