Preventing a Tragic Repossession
My husband and I decided to buy a house for our daughter and her new husband as a wedding gift. We had been doing so well financially, we promised to make payments for their first 2 years of marriage. However, my husband’s portfolio just dropped dramatically, and we are now behind on that mortgage payment. My daughter doesn’t have the money to help out yet, so we were beside ourselves since they might be facing repossession. We were able to find someone to help us Sell and Rent My Property. This allowed my daughter to stay in the home and pay rent. We will help them get the house back when our finances improve.
