Borrowed A CD From A Friend
I work a lot with graphics, building websites, making fun things for my friends, banners, etc. My friend let me borrow a cd that was filled with graphics that she downloaded from various places with all copyrights in tact. I went to install it and I kept getting errors, so I decided to just download each graphic individually. Well, much to my surprise, my computer started to crash and it was just not working properly. So, I did a quick search online and found this xoftspyse program that said it would scan my computer for problems and fix them. The software did the job, but I had to buy it if I wanted to continue to use it. I am still debating on whether it is worth it or not, as I should have ran a virus scan on the CD before I decided to use it.
