Remembering the Bakery

I remember when I was a little girl, my aunt and uncle owned a bakery. I fell in love with the sights, the smells and especially the tastes way back then. To me pastry was supposed to be more than a type of sweet, it was an art form. My aunt and uncle sold the shop many years ago but I never stopped thinking about it. A friend of mine suggested that I should look into culinary schools for pastry chefs. I had never really thought of becoming a pastry chef but she told me that it was the perfect job for me.
