My Father Had His House Totally Remodeled
My father recently purchased a home for below market value, which was a purchase he was very proud of. He bought this home with the intention of having it totally redone and updated. One of the first things he needed to have done was getting a specification for annual roofing repairs. The entire project took only a few months, but the wait was well it, because his house now looks like a show piece. My father is very proud of the work he put into this house, and feels a great sense of accomplishment. He says he will never sell the property.
