Make a Decision

This year try skipping the resolutions and do something real for your fitness life.  Empty resolutions are just that, empty.  Dont even bother with the concept of resolutions.  Just make one decision, not a bunch of resolutions.  Decide that this is what you are going to do.  Build lean muscle and get stronger all year around.   You know that you want to  do workouts for the chest muscles, and all your other muscle groups so you can have a well balanced physique.  Just keep your head in what you are doing, and keep on doing it.  Dont forget that exercise is not a job, its work, and it will bene fit you always.
