So you want to live a long, healthy life. This is going to take some effort on your part. Time and a bit of money.

Cut down on processed foods and eat more fruits and vegetables. There is just no substitute for good nutrition.

If you take fish oil on a daily basis, other things being equal, you’ll extend your life and be overall more healthy.
