You have to remember that your shoulders are involved in every upper body exercise that you are going to do. Make sure that when it comes time to train them that you are doing the most effective and the safest exercises that you can do for them. They are indirectly targeted when you do exercises like bench presses,pushups, and many other exercise and lifts. The most effective exercise that you can do for your shoulders is the good old military press. I like to use dumbells to do this exercise.
