i am taking advice

getting serious about my eating habits is the next step in my program. i know that i got the workout and training under control. this is important. i have done the research and i know people that know alot about health and nutrition. so i will and i am listening to their advice and i am excited. this advice will put me over the top i think. i can not wait to get on with the program that is ahead of me. i will diet and do exercises for belly fat no matter what.it is important to surround myself with the right people.
