I Got More Than I Bargained for When I Shopped for the Best Golf Club Sets

I can still remember the summer I met my tall, funny, and very cute neighbor and made it  my mission to learn he liked and become expert at it.  As luck would have it, he loved golf.   I went to a sporting goods store and asked to look at the Best Golf Club Sets.  The charming salesman saw my confusion and and asked me why I wanted the clubs.  With humor and warmth he walked me through the process of choosing my clubs.  Not only did I learn to play golf that year, I met the man I would eventually marry.  He was the golf club salesman.

You eat determines how you play

• Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Both of these are diuretics and cause fluid loss. They also both affect performance. Excessive consumption of alcohol severely affects your coordination.• Avoid large amounts of food in the two hours leading up to tee time. Food in your digestive system diverts blood away from your brain and muscles, affecting concentration and physical performance. A meal two to three hours before play is preferred.• Don’t skip meals. Golfers need that slow and steady release of energy to see them through difficult or long hours of play. Smaller meals are better to help increase metabolism.• Eat 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day. This gives your body the nutrition it needs to last.• Drink lots of water. Think in terms of 8 to 10 glasses each day. Continue throughout your round to stay hydrated especially during the summer months.• Combine carbohydrates, proteins and fats at each meal. This aides in overall digestion and ensures you are getting the proper nutrients.

I Saved Money on Shoes Here

I cannot believe all the money that I saved on this site! It is amazing that the prices here are less than what I was paying. I am glad that I checked on the internet, before I ended up at the mall again. The Vans Classic Slip On is an incredible value and the price was great. I was able to save a lot of money and I cannot wait to get them in the mail. I will be sure not to miss the package when it comes to my door. I am stoked that I did not have to fuel up my car to get these.

Learn All About Golf HERE

Some of my friend and I have decided that we want to do something fun and interesting together.  We have been looking at different things to do and we finally agreed on something together.  We are looking into participating in rob watts golf classes because they take people with any type of experience.  We don’t have any, but we are determined to learn everything that we can.  My friend is going to call them up and set up a time that we can come in and make plans.  I am looking forward to doing this and I hope that I learn a lot from it.

I Can’t Seem to Stop Slicing the Golf Ball

I bought a set of golfing videos online last winter. I have been watching them repeatedly and then going out on the greens to practice. I cannot seem to follow the instructions about how to fix a slice, and I think I am slicing the ball all the time. I must need to find a really good golfer or an instructor who can give me a few pointers. I really don’t want to play anyone until I get much better. Maybe I should have picked a much easier hobby. Maybe I would have been happier if I had decided to just stay inside and watch the game on TV.

Blokes at the beach

I am a member of bjj cronulla which is a group of like minded individuals that gather at the local beach each week to wrestle. Yeah it sounds funny but beach wrestling is really fun and an excellent way to spend the day. Wrestling will increase your strength, flexibility and you will make new friends along the way. The group consists of twenty two blokes from different back grounds. The youngest participate is seventeen and the oldest forty three. Our training times are on Monday and Friday and once a month we have a weekend bash were our families are invited and we have a barbecue afterwards.

Don’t Go Fishing Without Your Fishing Tackle And Accessories!

There are many very serious fishermen and women, but the majority of people going fishing are just the common everyday person who enjoys the relaxation that fishing provides. If you go fishing, you should make sure you have your Fishing Tackle And Accessories with you. Although you could probably get by with just some fishing line and something to tie it to (and of course bait), this wouldn’t make for a very eventful fishing trip. You may not catch anything at all if your ill prepared. You also want to make sure you know when the fish are “biting” that day!

how to prevent a slice

If you’re like me then you’ll know that when you pick the driver out of the golf bag, it is very easy to either slice all look the golf ball into the woods, Lake or even if you’re really unlucky out of bounds.

Thankfully, just a couple weeks ago, I found a guide that taught me exactly what I was doing wrong with regards to my driving and now I have added 30 yards to my drives whilst hitting them straight.

For this reason I recommend golf driving tips from Eric Jones and his book that is called the five Keys to distance.

From Walking to Running a 10k

I was once overweight and in desperately need of something to get me off my butt and into shape. Then, a friend suggested that we train for a 10k race. I thought she was crazy since I could barely run for more than 1 minute at a time. Fast forward several months - after following an amazing 10k training program both of us successfully finished that seemingly impossible 10k race. Sure we didn’t shatter any world records but the sense of accomplishment of completing the race was more exhilarating than you could possibly imagine. The other benefit to having trained for several months is that I also lost 35 pounds. I’m now a runner!
