Smoking is a really bad habit, and I was so glad to be able to be rid of it last summer, once and for all. Unfortunately, like so many others who have given up this problem, I replaced it with over eating. The pounds piled on over the fall months and now I find myself in really bad shape and very discouraged. It has always been my dream to be able to eat as much as I want without having to worry about the consequences.
